Trivia:Latent Kingdom was added to maimai on October 6th, 2023 as a Friend Matching reward for defeating the boss friend and reaching LEGEND class. It's also a "conduction song" that can be "conducted" to other players by playing it with them in multiplayer mode. The "conductor" must have reached LEGEND themselves to conduct the song successfully, and the song would only get conducted to the other player that plays on the same cab as the "conductor." This is the first time the LEGEND reward class did not debut on the launch day of a new version. At the time of its release, the MASTER chart of Latent Kingdom had the highest note count out of all normal charts, at 1371 notes. Laur and Kanon Oguni appear in Latent Kingdom's video and jacket.
